For when you need to pack breakfast to take to work or on the road.
- 1 cup of yoghurt – double cream, low fat, non-fat, whatever works for you
- 2 tablespoons of nut butter – almond, raw peanut, any nut butter
- 1/2 a cup of berries – blue berries, raspberries, cranberries, mulberries, whatever you want
- 1 Small banana – cut up in rings
- Combine the ingredients.
- If you are more of a smoothy kind of person and own a NutriBullet or the like, feel free to mash it all up with some ice.
Low carb adjustment
Opt for the double cream yoghurt and leave the banana out of the recipe.
